The Ultra Gel-Foam Wedge Cushion with Low-Shear is a combination of firm foam and gel for greater pressure distribution. The gel pods help to keep the cushion cool for a more comfortable experience. The gel-foam cushion comes with the incontinent-proof cover that's also low-shear.
