The AM-400 Four-Section Top Traction Table with Machine Stand is a strong, reliable treatment table that enables easy positional adjustment for better utility. This table has a top that is divided into four sections: the head section, thoracic section, lumbar section, and foot section. The head section features a contoured face and nose opening for convenient use with prone patients to add versatility. This section can be raised 45 degrees and lowered 90 degrees, enabling a flat position, inclined position, and straight down position that places the head section out of the way. The thoracic section supports the trunk of the body in a stationary position while the rest of the body can be adjusted around it. The lumbar section is uniquely designed to detach from the surrounding sections and roll friction-free along four steel ball roller bearings to separate up to five inches. This section can be locked in any position with its positive gear rack system. Finally, the foot section can be raised up to 80 degrees to provide a convenient backrest to support patients who are in an upright seated position.

This traction table features an all-steel construction with each top section having its own steel support frame for excellent stability, while the pivoting joints are reinforced with hardened steel shoulder bolts. This strong, durable construction adds up to a total 500 lb lifting capacity. The adjustable top sections are each individually padded and upholstered with 1.5 inches of firm-density foam and 34 oz heavy-duty vinyl. The AM-400 table is electrically height adjustable from a minimum height of 18 inches to a maximum height of 37 inches. This table height is controlled with a convenient footswitch that enables easy operation with minimal treatment interruption and no need to bend down or remove your hands from the patient. The base of the table incorporates a power-assisted caster system that enables easy transition between a stable, stationary table and an effortlessly maneuverable table depending on the situation allowing for increased utility.

Optionally, the power-assisted caster system can be switched with a four-caster base with four Total Lock Swivel Casters for added maneuverability. Additionally, you can add a pair of upholstered side rails for increased patient safety, particularly when in motion. This product is covered by an 18-month limited warranty through the manufacturer.
