The Armedica AM-SX4000 Four-Section Top Hi-Lo Traction Table with Contoured Face Opening is a versatile traction and treatment table that features a unique base design enabling full use in smaller spaces. This table is constructed with all welded steel framing with each top section supported by an individual frame for increased stability. The innovative cross-braced frame design enables full height adjustment with no end shift in order to make the most efficient use of smaller spaces. Pivoting joints house hardened steel shoulder bolts to provide effortless operation for years to come.
This table top is divided into four top sections: the head section, thoracic section, center section, and foot section. The head section features a contoured face and nose opening for use with prone patients and is adjustable up to 25 degrees and down to 80 degrees. This head section is available in either a one-piece (AM-SX4000) or three-piece (AM-SX4500) design with the three-piece model incorporating a pair of armrests. The thoracic and center sections are stationary, and the foot section can be raised up to 70 degrees to provide a convenient backrest for patients in an upright seated position.
This strong, stylish treatment and traction table is fully height adjustable from a minimum height of 18 inches to a maximum height of 37 inches. The height adjustment is operated with a convenient footswitch control that enables easy, hands-free adjustment with minimal interruption of treatment or patient interactions. The table rests on a convenient four-caster base that features four Total Lock Swivel Casters for easy transition between being fully stationary or effortless maneuverability. This table has a lifting capacity of 500 lbs in order to better accommodate your patients.
The four top sections are padded with 1.5 inches of firm density foam and upholstered with 34 oz vinyl available in your choice of eleven color options to complement any taste or decor. This vinyl upholstery is treated with an innovative Permablok 3 anti-bacterial coating that protects your table from microbial degradation. Each upholstered top section features rounded, seamless corners for a smooth, sleek finish.
