The Preferred Care Recliner Series is a versatile geri chair that can be both occupant and attendant operated. With its unique low seat and armrest height, the recliner can be positioned under a table, enabling residents to eat and engage in activities while seated. To recline, users can simply place their hands on the armrests and lean against the back until the desired position is obtained. Attendants can release the Preferred Care Recliner Series's position stop and adjust to the desired position, then engage the recliner stop again. Choose from three different colors. Note: Tray Table and bolsters are sold separately and are not included with recliner.

The Preferred Care Recliner Series uses a Lumex 565 patented recline mechanism that allows for infinite positioning of recline. With a reduced armrest and seat height, the recliner is able to fit under dining/activity tables and allows the resident to "scoot" and more easily reposition themselves. Two front swivel casters and two rear locking casters enable the Preferred Care Recliner to be easily maneuvered in small spaces and moved down hallways.

Standard Features
The infinite recliner back patented mechanism, which can be locked in position by the caregiver, provides infinite positioning of the back, ranging from 95 degrees to 145 degrees for increased resident comfort and pressure relief.

A unique suspension system self-adjusts to each person, cradling the resident from head to heel and virtually eliminating the risk of bottoming out.

Extra wide padded armrests and side panels maximize comfort.

The durable epoxy coated welded steel frame is easy to clean and maintain.

Quick release upholstery allows for easy cleaning, removal and replacements. The vinyl upholstered back is sulfide stain, mildew, and oil resistant.

A variety of accessories are available to customize the chair for specific individual needs.

Warranty
The welded frame includes a limited lifetime warranty, while the upholstery includes a limited one year warranty. All other components have a limited 3 year warranty.
