The bed is built with a sturdy, adjustable frame that can comfortably support up to 450-pounds with ease, which helps to ensure that it can be used by nearly any patient. One of the key features of the bed is its impressive selection of powered adjustable features.

The bed's height, upper body angle, and knee-back angle are easily adjusted at the push of a button on the easy-to-use hand pendant. The bed's overall height can be adjusted between 8.75 inches to 26-inches, giving the bed the ability to be lowered extremely close to the floor to ensure patient safety and prevent injury from falls. Joining this, the bed is available with optional length extenders that add 4-inches to the foot or head of the bed.

Joerns' WeCare Full-Electric Hospital Bed is easily adjustable, highly comfortable, and provides users with easy adjustability and top-tier support. Accompanying the bed's invaluable safety and comfort features, it also offers customers a wide selection of optional features that enable them to hand-tailor their bed to the exact needs of the patient. Not only that, but this bed frame's split-deck design means that a single person can unpack and assemble it without the need of a helper or technician.

The bed is available with assistive handrails that easily attach to the sides of the frame. These are available as an assist handle (designed to provide leverage and support while adjusting in bed) or as half-length assist rails that can also help to prevent patients from rolling or falling out of bed. Additionally, the bed is available with valuable safety and convenience equipment, including items such as a bed transport assist bar, a specialized dolly that facilitates moving the bed up and down flights of stairs, and a floor mat to protect patients from potential accidents/injuries that can be caused by falls. To offer even further customization to the bed, the headboard and footboard are available in several colors and finish options for customers to choose from.
