Sara McEvoy, PT, DPT

Sara McEvoy, PT, DPT, earned her degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2011. As a doctoral student, Sara served as a tutor and group study leader, writing study guides and sample tests for postgraduate level classes.

Sara has also been a professional freelance writer and copywriter since 2014. She researches and writes almost exclusively within the health and wellness field.

When Sara is not writing or in clinical practice, she enjoys reading, hiking, yoga, and volunteering at her local Humane Society. She loves to empower patients, caregivers, and readers with actionable and evidence-based knowledge to maximize their independence and quality of life.
