The Seca 952 Mobile Digital Chair Scale is designed to facilitate dignified, hassle-free weighing of wheelchair-bound and limited-mobility patients for everyone involved. The 440-pound weight capacity accommodates a majority of patients and features fine graduation of 0.2 pounds for vital accuracy, and is also available in a KG only version. Patients will appreciate the ergonomically contoured seat that is both comfortable and supportive, while caregivers will appreciate the swing-away armrests and footrests that facilitate easier transfers into and out of the chair. All four wheels roll smoothly and feature secure locks for stationary activities; the curved caregiver handle ensures precise control over direction and speed at all times.

The versatile TARE function allows the scale to be reset to zero even with weight on it, as many times as needed. For example, a mother can be weighed and then the TARE function activated, so when the mother is weighed again with her child, the scale will only display the childs weight, having subtracted the previously measured mothers weight. The auto-HOLD function means that the display will continue to show the most recent measured weight even if the patient leaves the chair, giving physicians more flexibility to write down the weight after finishing the care of the patient.
